Our Story
Noire Atelier began as a reaction. To noise, to speed, to the idea that coffee is convenience. We took the opposite position: a room with no music, no rush, no small talk unless you start it.
We work with four farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, Kenya, and Guatemala. We visit each one. We pay above fair trade. We roast in small batches twice a week. Nothing is kept longer than it should be.
