What began as a small family counter in the heart of the market has grown into one of the most respected artisan butchers in the region. Three generations of craft, knowledge, and an uncompromising dedication to quality.

Every animal we source is raised by farmers who share our values — ethical practices, natural diets, and genuine care for the land. We visit our farms personally, because knowing where your food comes from matters.
